Hair Stylist Agreement 

This Hair Stylist agreement (this Agreement) is entered into on the date set forth _______ in the signature here of by and between [___________________] (Stylist), and [________________] (Client) having hair styled at:  ____________ (Address). The parties are here in after sometimes referred to individual as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.

 

 

Purpose of the Agreement. Client chooses Stylist’s [Name of Hair Packages] for a total cost of __________. Throughout this Agreement, the term “Services” means any and/or all of the services include in this provision. Stylist agrees to provide Client with the following packages and services below:

• [Bridal and bridal party package]

• [Engagement Shoot hair styling]

• [Hair extension application]

• [Hair Coloring]

• [Hair & Make Up]

Cancellations

Cancellations or reservation changes made at least one business in advance allows our team the opportunity to accommodate other guests and will be greatly appreciated. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will be subject to a change of 50% of the service fee No-show reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service appointment. If cancellations are not made within 72 hours all deposits become nonrefundable. 

Arrival

Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation. This will allow you time to unwind, enjoy a beverage and preview a possible new look in our various fashion magazines.

Late Arrivals

To ensure the promptness of all reservations we reserve the right to reschedule any reservation that is 15 minutes late or later to another convenient time. We will always do our best to accommodate our guests however, we can only do what we can with the time available.

Gratuities

For your convenience Diverse Hair Company accepts gratuities from cash or they can be placed on your credit/debit card for your technician.

Children

Diverse hair Salon welcomes all well-behaved children. Please remind your children to avoid running, spinning or climbing on chairs, or opening any closed drawers in the space. Most drawers contain sharp objects and chemicals that could be potentially dangerous to unsuspecting children.

Redo

Diverse Hair Company stands firmly behind all of its salon services. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation. Tweaks and adjustments will be honored for one week of the date of service. There are no refunds once hair is styled. We can accommodate you with providing a free service for the future.

Payment

Diverse Hair Company Accepts Visa Debit and Cash, and Zelle for payment of services and products. We do not accept checks of any form for payment.

Returns/Refunds

Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services performed. However, we will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied.

Diverse Hair Company proudly stands behind all of its products. Should you find dissatisfaction with any of these products purchased at Diverse Hair Salon.

All Sales of hair brushes, combs, hair accessories (clips, hair bands, etc.) and extensions/wigs are final. No returns and no exchanges.

Tools are final sales , providing they are in their original packaging, and no exchanges.

Color Formulas

All hair color formulas are the intellectual property of Diverse Hair Company. Patch test will be performed on all clients to assure the safety of your skin and hair.
